WHAT'S NEXT?
First, please consider these points before you decide.
While a Reverse Mortgage can certainly benefit many Seniors,
there are some exceptions. This is not a plan for everyone.
For instance, some up-front fees will be incurred. So if you're
planning to sell or move from your home in the very near future,
a Reverse Mortgage may not be right for you.
Nor would a Reverse Mortgage make much sense if you plan to
preserve all of your equity for use in the future or to bequeath
as an inheritance. Remember -- the more of your equity you use
now, the less will be left later on.
Finally, you may find it helpful to consult other people about
this very important move. If you feel additional guidance would
be helpful, we urge you to discuss the matter with your family
and friends. You might also consider discussing it with your accountant,
attorney, or tax advisor.
The first step in the Reverse Mortgage process is a free informational
meeting. Our Equity Counselors can quickly prepare an estimate
of how much credit you may be eligible to receive. No obligation,
of course. You will get all the information you need from a staff
that's thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Excel's Equity
